The residential house is located in the city of Lagodekhi, on Tavisupleba Street, adjacent to the cultural zone of the Lagodekhi Nature Reserve.

The property is entered from the west side. The building consists of a basement and two floors, which are connected by an internal staircase. The basement is positioned beneath the pool terrace, from which pool maintenance is carried out.
The first floor houses a hall, a restroom, a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, auxiliary storage, a garage, and terraces. The bedrooms have a direct connection to the yard, where a covered terrace and a garden are situated, thus creating a private zone relative to the sleeping wing.

The second floor features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a gym, a billiard room, terraces, and balconies.

The recreational zone, the pool, and its surrounding area are oriented towards the south and are separated from the west side by rhythmically arranged intermittent walls. An arbor created from a metal structure is covered in greenery. A covered open space next to the pool, measuring 4 meters wide and 20 meters long, connects to the living room and kitchen via a sliding glass door, which can be opened when necessary to create a unified space. The covered area near the pool includes an open bar and a restroom, while an open shower is provided outside. The functional and spatial-volumetric design of the pool includes a jacuzzi and varying depths.

The overall interior is focused on the environmental views through large windows. The house has two main façades: the west façade, which is the entrance side, and the south façade, which is the pool zone—a comfortable space for rest and entertainment with expansive views. The external walls of the house are constructed using energy-efficient glass. The flat roofs, horizontal forms of the façade, large windows, the pool, and reflective surfaces give priority to the environment in which the residential house is situated.

In addition to the main structure, the property includes a marani (wine cellar) with a basement, a gazebo (fanchaturi), a restroom, and auxiliary storage facilities.

Construction was completed in October 2017.
