The project's central concept is the space between the villas—a kind of dialogue between the structures, and consequently, a platform for interaction between people. The solution, rooted in the topography of the relief, opened up a path for design: a communal kitchen was sunken into the ground and revealed itself within a recreational space featuring amphitheater elements. This space immediately possessed the power of an idea—it became vibrant and functional.
To solidify this interaction, the villas seemingly aligned themselves symmetrically, mirrored on a shared platform, ensuring they maintained their dialogue while preserving their independence. The space began to speak.
In line with the complex's concept, the villas were intended to remain visually distinct objects, while the auxiliary buildings were designed to merge seamlessly with the landscape.
This project reminded me that architecture is often the revelation of an internal narrative rather than the imposition of an external form onto a space. Today, I am grateful for the experience this project provided: the conviction in one's own ideas, professional resilience, and the power and ability to invest love into every single detail.
