Core goal of this commercial project was to reconstruct and fully reimagine the basement and first floor of old residential building into a high-end designer showroom the "Gallery Rome Design".

The spatial and functional solution for the interior is designed to effectively visualize the high-quality European branded collections presented in the gallery. Specifically, the so-called basement floor was dedicated to the demonstration of ceramic tiles, while the first floor showcases wallpaper, textiles, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

The reconstruction involved strengthening works, the construction of a staircase, the renewal of plumbing communications, and the formation of a new façade. It is noteworthy that the finishing materials from the "Gallery Rome Design" itself were intentionally used in both the interior and exterior.

In addition to the demonstration space, the low-ceilinged portion of the featureless basement floor was repurposed for office and utility rooms. A total area of 300 square meters was utilized.
